1. Introduction
Welcome to A SAI Pest Control Services. By booking or availing of our pest control services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Service Agreement
- • All pest control services are provided strictly based on the inspection, service type, and treatment method agreed upon during booking or contract signing.
- • Our trained technicians will carry out the treatment as per industry standards using approved and safe chemicals.
- • The customer must provide accurate information regarding pest infestation and access to the property during the scheduled visit.
3. Service Booking and Payment
- • Appointments must be booked in advance through our official website, helpline, or authorized representatives.
- • Service charges must be paid in full before or immediately after completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- • Payment can be made through cash, online transfer, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).
- • All payments made are non-refundable once the service is completed.
4. Warranty and Re-Service Policy
- Warranty (if applicable) is valid only for specific pest control services, such as termite treatment, bed bug treatment, or cockroach control, as mentioned in the invoice.
- Warranty becomes void if:
- • The customer fails to maintain hygiene or proper housekeeping.
- • The treated area is renovated, altered, or repainted after service.
- • Unauthorized pest control treatments are done by another agency during the warranty period.
- • Re-service will only be provided for the same pest problem within the warranty period as per the original service agreement.
5. Safety and Responsibility
- All chemicals used are government-approved and safe when used correctly. However, customers are requested to follow pre- and post-treatment safety instructions shared by our technicians.
- A SAI Pest Control Services will not be liable for:
- • Any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or respiratory issues caused due to chemical sensitivity.
- • Any damage caused due to the customer's failure to follow service instructions.
- • Pests returning due to poor sanitation or external infestation sources.
6. Access and Cooperation
- • The customer must ensure full access to all treatment areas during the service.
- • Pets, food items, and valuables must be safely stored or covered before the treatment.
- • If the technician is unable to perform the service due to restricted access or safety concerns, rescheduling charges may apply.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- •Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- • Any cancellation within 24 hours or non-availability at the service location may attract a service visit charge.
- • In case of unavoidable delays or emergencies, A SAI Pest Control Services reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.
8. Limitation of Liability
- • A SAI Pest Control Services shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pest infestation or service delay.
- • The companyβs liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
9. Privacy Policy
- • Customer information collected during booking or service execution will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes such as service records, warranty follow-up, and promotional updates.
- • We do not share customer data with any third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
